后勤管理內(nèi)勤管理銀行
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments & provide support on regular meetings for our Management & Head Office
- Prepare statistics reports, presentation materials and others as required
- Coordinate and draft departmental policies, procedures and business researches
- Responsible for copywriting for business marketing and department activities
- Provide support on daily operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- University graduate
- Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience
- Familiar with presentation software (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel or others) is preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal and business acumen
- Well-organized, able to work independently, sense of responsibility and detail-minded
- Excellent writing skills in Chinese and strong command of spoken and written English
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered
- Immediate available is preferred
