* Participate in the implementation and review of compensation and benefits strategies, including annual salary review exercise and benefits plans
* Responsible for the full spectrum of staff performance management, and support annual staff budgeting and staff cost management
* Perform salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure the market competitiveness of remuneration package
* Liaise with external service providers to facilitate the implementation of benefit programs
* Review and develop human resources policies and procedures to ensure in compliance with statutory requirements
* Perform payroll administration and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
