職位描述
裝飾裝修建材
崗位職責：
1、 負責國內(nèi)外供應商、建材類信息收集及整理，篩選優(yōu)質(zhì)供應商資源；
2、 協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理考察供應商，編制考察報告，對供應商篩選給出關鍵性意見；
3、 負責收集裝飾材料市場信息，為公司采購工作提供參考數(shù)據(jù)；
4、 負責根據(jù)總材料清單及相關部門訂貨需求，采購符合公司標準及性價比高材料；
5、 負責準確傳達給上級領導并負責進行市場、渠道的開發(fā)，重要客戶和供應商的跟進以及維護工作；
6、 負責收集、整理和存檔采購相關資料，建立項目材料清單一覽表，分類入庫供應商材料，并對接、傳遞給ERP小組；
7、 協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理完善建材公司供應商管理流程，協(xié)助建立供應商評估、篩選管理體系；
8、 協(xié)助供應商談判的前期準備，參與商務洽談及項目推進工作；
9、 負責整理商務合同，跟進合同動向及已簽訂的合同管理工作；
10、 跟進總經(jīng)理交辦的事務工作；
任職資格：
1、本科及以上學歷，室內(nèi)裝飾、采購管理、造價、工程管理相關專業(yè)；
2、了解裝飾材料市場價格，
2、具有良好的粵語、英語閱讀能力和口語表達能力優(yōu)先考慮；
3、熟悉Word、Excel辦公軟件操作；
4、有從事家居裝修行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
