崗位職責:
1. Be responsible for the department's administrative affairs(including but not limited to document receipt and dispatch,document management,etc.):Daily document receipt and dispatch,drafting of meeting minutes,and preparation of report materials.
2. Be responsible for the daily inventory management of the department's archival materials.
3. Be responsible for the department's publicity work(such as operation of official accounts,writing,and image and video editing),organize daily briefings,and conduct content organization.
4. Assist in the management of third-party service providers and related tasks.
5. Assist in organizing and conducting surveys, as well as the initiation and supervision of procurement projects.
6. Perform other related tasks as required by the supervisor.
1.負責部門行政事務工作(包括但不限于公文收發(fā)、文檔管理等):日常公文收發(fā)、會議紀要以及匯報材料的撰寫;
2.負責部門檔案資料管理日常盤點工作;
3.負責部門宣傳工作(如:公眾號運營、文案撰寫圖片與視頻編輯),整理好日常簡報,做好內容梳理工作;
4.協(xié)助管理第三方服務單位等相關工作;
5.協(xié)助組織開展調研、采購立項與實施監(jiān)管等相關工作;
6.以及領導要求的其他相關工作。
任職要求:
1. Familiar with the campus operation rules and scope of campus services.
2. Preference will be given to those with experience in university campus services.
3. Strong in planning,execution,and stress resistance.
4. Excellent communication and expression skills in both Chinese and English,as well as the ability to summarize and report.
5. Outstanding team collaboration skills.
This position requires an English interview and written test.
