崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)或協(xié)助公司組織對內(nèi)、對外重要會務(wù)及企劃、公關(guān)活動
2.與總部及海外各部門(如國際事業(yè)部、財(cái)務(wù)部、人力資源部等)進(jìn)行溝通對接,確保信息傳達(dá)準(zhǔn)確無誤
3.負(fù)責(zé)西班牙行政管理工作,全面統(tǒng)籌行政及事務(wù)
4.協(xié)助銷售部開展海外市場的銷售活動,收集并分析目標(biāo)市場和競爭對手信息
5.與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)和后續(xù)合作分銷商保持密切聯(lián)系,推動產(chǎn)品推廣和銷售渠道建設(shè)
6.協(xié)調(diào)銷售會議和展會,提供必要的行政及后勤支持
7.協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部和外部審計(jì),確保各項(xiàng)運(yùn)營活動符合當(dāng)?shù)胤煞ㄒ?guī)及公司制度
8.跟進(jìn)和協(xié)調(diào)匈牙利基地的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目如選址、裝修、設(shè)備采購等
9.協(xié)助進(jìn)行海外基地人員的招聘、培訓(xùn)與績效考核,推動團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)
10.定期整理并上報(bào)西班牙辦公室運(yùn)營情況,包括行政、財(cái)務(wù)、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展及銷售支持等根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)和反饋,提出優(yōu)化建議,協(xié)助總部調(diào)整和完善匈牙利運(yùn)營策略

崗位要求:
1.商務(wù)、金融、經(jīng)濟(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2.有業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營支持和財(cái)務(wù)控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.精通西班牙語、英語和中文(普通話)
4.熟悉商業(yè)報(bào)告,
5.熟練掌握PPT、Excel和項(xiàng)目管理工具
6.出色的解決問題、組織和多任務(wù)處理能力。
7.能夠在快節(jié)奏、多元文化的環(huán)境中工作。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for or assisting the company in organizing important internal and external events, planning, and public relations activities
2. Communicate and coordinate with headquarters and overseas departments (such as the International Business Department, Finance Department, Human Resources Department, etc.) to ensure accurate and error free communication of information
3. Responsible for administrative management in Spain, comprehensively coordinating administration and affairs
4. Assist the sales department in conducting sales activities in overseas markets, collect and analyze target market and competitor information
5. Maintain close contact with the sales team and future cooperative distributors, promote product promotion and sales channel construction
6. Coordinate sales meetings and exhibitions, provide necessary administrative and logistical support
7. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure that all operational activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies
8. Follow up and coordinate key projects of the Hungarian base, such as site selection, decoration, equipment procurement, etc
9. Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of overseas base personnel, and promote team building
10. Regularly organize and report the operational situation of the Spanish office, including administrative, financial, project progress, and sales support. Based on data and feedback, propose optimization suggestions and assist headquarters in adjusting and improving the Hungarian operational strategy

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, economics or related majors.
2. Experience in business operations support and financial control
3. Proficient in Spanish, English, and Chinese (Mandarin)
4. Familiar with business reports,
5. Proficient in PPT, Excel, and project management tools
6. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
