1. Responsible for leading incoming Inspection and training of sampling program to inspectors; 2. Lead and manage supplier assessments and supplier PPAP; 3. Drive supplier quality development initiatives. Participate in APQP for externally supplied parts; 4. Identify and analyze high exposure and/or highly complex supplier quality issues internally and at suppliers' sites; 5. Issue SMRR to vendor when problem happens; drive 8D root cause analysis and corrective actions; 6. Coordinate continuous improvement/scrap reduction projects; 7. Compliance with TS 16949 documentation requirements including work instructions, procedure changes, process changes and customer part number changes; 8.
