Conduct on-site installations of company products, ensuring
accurate setup, configuration, and testing to confirm proper operation.
Work closely with customers to ensure they understand product
functionality and proper use.
Perform commissioning and qualification of equipment by
completing Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Installation/Operational
Qualification (IQ/OQ) Protocols to validate the product's performance and reliability.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance
services.
Carry out regular scheduled maintenance visits to ensure
equipment is operating in optimal condition.
Provide troubleshooting support for any technical issues,
coordinating with clients and other field service personnel to resolve
problems in a timely manner.
Handle product quality complaints from customers and work with
the engineering team to resolve product defects or failures.
Customer Support & Training:
Provide post-installation customer support, addressing any
operational issues or concerns.
Conduct product demos and workshops for clients, ensuring they
fully understand the product's capabilities.
Perform training on the use of company products for customer
teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practices for efficient use.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering and product teams in the
mother company to relay feedback, troubleshoot issues, and support
product improvements.
Document and report service activities, providing accurate
reports on all service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Biological Assays & Cell Culture (BONUS POINT):
Perform cell culture work and biological assays on client
samples, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
Collaborate with customers to ensure proper sample handling
and processing, providing guidance when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology,
or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a field service engineering role,
preferably in the life sciences or medical device sector.
Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and
biological assays.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under
pressure in fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build
relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to travel frequently for client visits and on-site
service.
Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus, but
not required.
