Job Title: Accounting Supervisor (Agency Accounting, Must hold Intermediate Accounting Certificate)
Location: Changshou Road, Shanghai
Salary: 10,000-12,000 RMB/month

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist Finance Manager in budget preparation and financial planning supervision;
2. Prepare accounting vouchers and maintain financial accounting archives
3. Maintain detailed and general ledgers, handle full set of company accounts
4. Conduct regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies;
5. Prepare financial reports and statements, handle adjusting entries during closing;
6. Complete monthly tax-related work and assist with audit processes;
7. Manage accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, intangible assets, and monthly accruals (taxes, depreciation, etc.)
8. Complete other tasks assigned by Finance Manager;
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years accounting experience with comprehensive knowledge of accounting processes, tax laws, regulations and fiscal policies;
2. Master's degree or above in Accounting/Finance (preferably from top finance universities), age under 40，F(xiàn)or exceptionally outstanding individuals, their educational qualifications are extended to undergraduate level;
3. MUST hold Intermediate Accountant Certificate (applicants without this will not be considered). CPA/ACCA/CMA/Tax Agent certificates preferred;
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and major ERP systems (Yonyou, Kingdee, etc.)
5. Stable, loyal, hardworking with strong organizational, coordination and communication skills;

崗位職責(zé)：
1、協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理制定財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算、監(jiān)督計(jì)劃；
2、編制會(huì)計(jì)憑證，整理保管財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)檔案；
3、登記保管各種明細(xì)賬、總分類賬，進(jìn)行公司全套賬多處理；
4、按照財(cái)務(wù)制度定期對(duì)賬，如發(fā)現(xiàn)差異，查明差異原因；
5、編制會(huì)計(jì)報(bào)告、報(bào)表，處理結(jié)賬時(shí)有關(guān)的賬務(wù)的調(diào)整事宜；
6、做好每月的全部涉稅工作，協(xié)助進(jìn)行審計(jì)工作；
7、管理往來(lái)賬、固定資產(chǎn)、無(wú)形資產(chǎn)，每月計(jì)提稅金費(fèi)用、折舊等費(fèi)用項(xiàng)目；
8、完成財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理交辦的其他工作；
任職要求：
1、3年及以上財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，全面掌握財(cái)務(wù)核算流程、核算特點(diǎn);熟悉稅收、法律法規(guī)、財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼等相關(guān)財(cái)稅制度；
2、碩士學(xué)位及以上，40歲以下，財(cái)會(huì)及相關(guān)專業(yè)知名財(cái)經(jīng)院校畢業(yè)生優(yōu)先，特別優(yōu)秀者，學(xué)歷放寬到本科；
3、必須具備中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師職稱(不符合條件者，煩請(qǐng)不要投遞簡(jiǎn)歷)，具有CPA證書優(yōu)先，如有其他會(huì)計(jì)證書如ACCA、CMA、稅務(wù)師等優(yōu)先考慮；
4、熟練操作Word、Exce1、PPT、以及用友、金蝶等大型ERP相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)；
5、穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)忠誠(chéng)度高，踏實(shí)肯干能吃苦，具備良好組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
6、不符合任職條件者煩請(qǐng)不要投遞簡(jiǎn)歷，謝謝配合。
