Share trial results and new varieties work plan in open field team in season. 3.Feedback his/her manager on specific information before NPI meetings and participate in NPI meetings. 4.Collaborate with Sales team & partners for new varieties Launching, promotional events, technical support and other actions. 5.Assist his/her manager to establish the 5 years Development Mid-term plan for the subsequent years and fill in the plan for his own area. 6.Exchange with foreign Product Manager and breeder for various topics, accompany product manager and breeder’s visit. 7.Regular exchange with key influencers in open field crop value chain, looking for new business opportunities. 8.Communicate and cooperate tightly with county team members. 9.Coordinate national-wide development work for onion. 10.Other proper tasks assigned by his/her manager.
