崗位職責(zé):
1.Develop a merchandising vision and strategy that challenges and changes not only how we shop up to our customers, but also our internal norms and habits.
2.Reimagine the way our customers shop our categories by creating narrative, compelling product story telling with elevating assortment mix.
3.Participate the development for assortment and assortment planning, which support the high-level assortment vision and maximize sales, margin and turnover.
4.Review seasonal assortments relative to the merchandise plan and financial company targets.
5.Routine business analysis and feedbacks to global team
6.Build strong relationships with global team, influence and drive business objectives.
7.Attend buying meeting in US 2-4 times/year.
8.Weekly replenishment and transfer for both online and offline.
9.Make monthly merchandising plan, including sales forecast, key push strategy, key looks and zoning stories.
10.Analyze sales reports, conclude regularly and make seasonal product analysis report.
11.Analyze the reasons for best and worst sellers, analyze fabric characteristic for new products, mix & match and selling points
12.Analyze demand and sales data, plan and confirm product line structure and retail price, include: product combination, categories, product price, depth of the product line, purchase direction etc., plan follow up the work schedule.
13.Depends on MOS report, prepare markdown list and returns end of season.
14.EOS reports & buying report

16.Share the selling points and mix & match skills to all stores managers.

任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 5+ years buying experience, luxury / fashion preferred RTW
3. Advanced Excel and Presentation skills preferred
4. Good communication skill with different people
5. Ability for frequent travel
6. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (ie, Excel, Power point, Word)
7. Fluent in English
