Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for functional support to drive SAFECHEM business expansion in China. Primarily in logistics, operational and customer service functions as well as assistant to other functions such as administrative tasks, public communication and Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S). Supply Chain Specialist reports directly to the Commercial Director of SAFECHEM China with functional reporting line to Operations Director of SAFECHEM.

Sourcing of products and support materials 產品和原料的采購 2. Customer Service 客戶服務 ? Order receipt and handling 訂單接收與執(zhí)行 ? Sales & commercial support 銷售&商務支持 ? Customer invoicing and settlement 客戶發(fā)票和結算 ? Complaint Management 投訴處理 ? Customer communication/coordination 客戶溝通和協(xié)調 3. Assistant and support to other functions 協(xié)助和支持其他職能部門 ? Qualifications ? University degree 本科以上學歷 ? Minimum 1 year of supply chain and customer service relevant experience is preferred 1年以上供應鏈和客服相關經驗優(yōu)先 ? Native language in Mandarin 普通話流利 ? Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills 流利的英語書面和口頭溝通能力 ? Skills & experience in web applications, Microsoft Office, ERP system 具備網絡應用，辦公軟件，ERP系統(tǒng)的技能和經驗
