GENERAL MISSION 職責(zé)概述
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources Supervisor within the hotel policies and procedure.
遵守人事主管的統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與監(jiān)督,服從酒店的規(guī)章制度。
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS 責(zé)任和方法
1. Assists in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as staff welfare & benefit and all staff activities.
協(xié)助日常人事培訓(xùn)管理工作,以及參與辦理員工福利、組織員工活動(dòng)。
· Pension calculation & communication with pension center.
負(fù)責(zé)社會(huì)統(tǒng)籌金的核算,做好向當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)統(tǒng)籌辦的咨詢工作。
· Locker administration
管理員工更衣室。
· Associate check out
辦理員工離店手續(xù)。
· Making name badge
訂做員工名牌。
· Prepares birthday card for associate
準(zhǔn)備員工生日卡。
· Follows up associate performance evaluation.
跟蹤員工工作表現(xiàn)評(píng)估結(jié)果。
· Maintains associate leave record.
歸檔員工請(qǐng)假記錄。
1. Assist in the communication flow to all hotel staff through notice board, newsletter. Bulletin and directs communication with staff regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.
通過員工布告欄、信函或直接聯(lián)系等方式,向員工宣傳好人事制度和飯店規(guī)章。
ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES行政職責(zé)
1. Pension calculation & communication with pension center.
負(fù)責(zé)社會(huì)統(tǒng)籌金的核算,做好向當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)統(tǒng)籌辦的咨詢工作。
· Prepares associate name list; check with the list issued by Pension Center.
準(zhǔn)備員工名單,對(duì)照社會(huì)統(tǒng)籌辦的名單。
· Prepares bank check and send to pension center on time.
辦理銀行支票并及時(shí)支付社會(huì)統(tǒng)籌金。
· Prepares associate name list and bank check every month for associate medical insurance.
每月準(zhǔn)備員工醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、員工名單和銀行支票。
· Coordinates with medical insurance center to handle all associate hospitalization case according to government policy.
根據(jù)國(guó)家有關(guān)政策,與醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)辦公室協(xié)作,依照政府相關(guān)政策,辦理員工住院手續(xù)。
· Collects all government pension & medical insurance policy and keep good communication with top management.
注意收集政府有關(guān)社會(huì)統(tǒng)籌和醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的政策,與相關(guān)管理人員保持良好的關(guān)系。
1. Associate service: personal file transfer & communication with labor office.
對(duì)員工的服務(wù):做好與勞動(dòng)廳的人事檔案交流工作。
· Picking up files at the beginning of each month.
每月初取回檔案。
· Reviewing personal files.
檢查人事檔案。
2. Associate check out.
辦好員工離店手續(xù)。
· Check out time is every Thursday afternoon.
每周四為辦理員工離店手續(xù)時(shí)間。
· Preparation of the working certificate.
辦理工作鑒定。
3. Locker administration.
管理員工更衣室。
· Making key tags.
做鑰匙牌。
· Passes all locker number information to Assistant Recruitment&Training Manager.
1. Making name badge.
訂做名牌。
· Making name badge for new staff.
為新員工訂做名牌。
· Loss of name badge: charge according to associate handbook.
如名牌丟失,具體罰款金額詳見員工手冊(cè)。
2. Prepares birthday card for associate.
為員工準(zhǔn)備生日卡。
· Prepares the birthday card at the beginning of each month.
每月月初準(zhǔn)備好生日卡。
· Asks for GM’s signature.
交總經(jīng)理簽字。
3. Prepare early for notice board
提前準(zhǔn)備布告欄張貼內(nèi)容:
· Preparing early in the morning
每天清早準(zhǔn)備好張貼內(nèi)容。
· Putting up on staff bulletin board.
在員工布告欄內(nèi)張貼。
4. Follow up employment contract review.
作好員工合同的跟蹤。
· Reminds concerned department heads.
作備忘錄通知相關(guān)部門經(jīng)理。
· Collection of performance evaluation.
收集員工工作表現(xiàn)評(píng)估。
· Preparing employment contract for renewal.
準(zhǔn)備續(xù)簽合同。
· Preparing regret letter for non-renewal of employment contracts.
不需再續(xù)簽合同的,準(zhǔn)備致歉信。
1. Follows up associate performance evaluation.
跟蹤員工工作表現(xiàn)評(píng)估。
· Informs concerned department heads.
作備忘錄通知相關(guān)部門經(jīng)理。
2. Maintains associate leave record.
對(duì)員工請(qǐng)假記錄作歸檔。
· Checks according to hotel policy.
核對(duì)請(qǐng)假是否符合飯店制度。
· Inputs information to computer.
每周兩次將資料輸入電腦。
· Distribution of forms.
分發(fā)請(qǐng)假申請(qǐng)表給各部門。
Performs other duties as required by his supervisor or head of department
執(zhí)行上級(jí)及部門負(fù)責(zé)人要求的其他工作。
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION 替代和臨時(shí)責(zé)任
Other jobs assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
執(zhí)行人力資源部總監(jiān)布置的其它任務(wù)。
將全部更衣柜號(hào)碼歸納列表,提交招聘兼培訓(xùn)主管。
