1. Lead the recruitment and selection processes
2. Administer overall HR systems and procedures throughout the organization
3. Provide management with HR metrics for decision support
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
5. Plan and oversee the college’s financial operations, including budget planning, procurement and financial reporting
6. Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, including the management of tax filings and optimizing tax strategies

Educational background: Bachelor's degree
Major: no special requirement
Language preference: Proficiency in written and spoken English
Others:
Experience in a managerial role within HR, finance & tax, or related fields in higher education institutions.
Knowledgeable in HR metrics, systems, and databases
Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
Expertise in labor law, HR best practices, financial management, and tax regulations
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
