崗位職責(zé):
-金屬機(jī)殼NPI R&D,負(fù)責(zé)專(zhuān)案排程及開(kāi)發(fā)管理,定期與國(guó)內(nèi)外A客戶(hù)英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)報(bào)
-透過(guò)DFM整合,與PD客戶(hù)溝通產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、尺寸、ORT規(guī)格,預(yù)測(cè)及檢討FATP問(wèn)題點(diǎn)
-透過(guò)DOE方法,帶領(lǐng)工程團(tuán)隊(duì)與MDE客戶(hù)驗(yàn)證工藝流程與參數(shù),保持工程信息流通,完成 NPI至量產(chǎn)順利出貨
-追蹤驗(yàn)證進(jìn)度并整合FACA,確保工程邏輯性及改善落實(shí)
-追蹤各類(lèi)Tracker(包括圖面, build matrix, 檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃, 工法定義, 文檔發(fā)行, build投料, 出貨規(guī)格討論, 出貨后FATP回饋等)
-定期向廠內(nèi)高層進(jìn)行周報(bào)&月報(bào),確保專(zhuān)案順利進(jìn)行
-參與各種價(jià)值提升專(zhuān)項(xiàng),如精益制程、先進(jìn)材料、軟件模擬、自動(dòng)調(diào)機(jī)等
-每年至少1次出差美國(guó),與客戶(hù)面對(duì)面討論專(zhuān)案細(xì)節(jié),增加互動(dòng)與粘性
職位要求:
- 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)5年以上, 英語(yǔ)6級(jí)以上
- 機(jī)械相關(guān)背景佳,有金屬機(jī)殼研發(fā)制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)佳
- 會(huì)操作繪圖軟件AutoCAD & Creo & Solidworks佳
- 會(huì)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析佳 JMP & Minitab
- 具備較強(qiáng)的問(wèn)題分析及解決能力,有良好的系統(tǒng)化思維
- 有足夠的耐心細(xì)心用心來(lái)面對(duì)各項(xiàng)挑戰(zhàn)

Job Duties
-Weekly Readiness & Leadership report to teams.
-Closely work with PD for drawing feedback, DFM discussion, and FATP issues discussion.
-Closely work with MDE & Tooling team to develop new process, DFM, LQ, weekly tracker and control run study.
-Deep dive engineering issues to achieve yield target by FA study and process improvement
-Drive internal engineering team to carry out DOEs and communicate with quality team to solve assigned issues.
What will you learn
-NPI R&D of metallic case, you will be improving the internal and external communication and cooperation.
-Lead NPI engineering teams to develop New projects from NPI to MP stage, drive internal team and co-work with team to solve prototype issues.
-Experience in both mechanical and chemical process, including Cold-rolling, Extrusion, CNC, Blanking, Insert-molding, Lapping, Tumbling, ANO, ASSM, Laser Welding, HAF bonding, thus to integrate and link full process w/ automation skills.
-Be Capable of FA procedure, with proficient ability of dim tolerance analysis, and scientific analysis on SEM/EDS/FTIR/XRD/DSC/VHX/Sensofar/WCA etc, where you could learn all the knowledge of Dim/ Cos/ ORT in the product design concept.
-Quickly insight into new event no matter open issues or assigned topics, high willing to self-study and find key solution method.
