Smart Collaboration Product Service Enablement Description
Smart Collaboration Business is Lenovo transformation business. we provide various meeting solution to WW customers via “ThinkSmart” Products line, and the business grows much faster after pandemic. Now the business requires service staff to build up end to end customer service journey to help lenovo service delivery team to serve customer well and meet their various requirement.
Roles & Responsibility:
1.Design product service model and build up end to end service enablement process.
2.Align with service supply chain team to work out service parts supply & redemption solution.
3.Identify potential serviceability risk of new product design, assess the cost & service support impact.
4.Co-work with technical enablement and R&D team on product technical delivery
5.Identify service upsell opportunity and work out upsell service solution in service enablement procedure.
6.Monitor product performance and customer feedback after product launch, tracking issue till they are fixed.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1.Bachelor of Science or Technology, at least 5yrs working experience, Meeting device service or repair experience is preferred.
2.Strong data analysis ability and report creation.
3.Understand Service Parts operation is preferred.
4.Better learning skill of new technology & team working spirit.
5.Fluent oral and written English, better communication capability.
6.Project Management experience.
7.Accept meeting with oversea colleagues for work communication.
8.PMP certified.
