阿里巴巴國際站中國制造網(wǎng)Facebook電子商務(wù)貿(mào)易/進出口
工作內(nèi)容：
1.通過各種社交媒體軟件及谷歌等主動開發(fā)客戶，開拓國際市場;獨立開發(fā)新的市場，通過郵件等軟件與客戶進行有效溝通,了解客戶需求,回復(fù)詢盤;
2.維護客戶，及時和客戶進行有效溝通，記錄并反饋客戶意見，建立和完善客戶檔案，并負責(zé)跟進銷售，完成銷售業(yè)績。
3.具有良好的職業(yè)道德和個人素養(yǎng)，較強的工作熱情和責(zé)任感，勤于思考和分析問題，善于溝通處理客戶提出的問題，及時回復(fù)郵件，包括售前咨詢及售后服務(wù);
職位要求：
1. 商務(wù)英語、國際貿(mào)易、英語等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；
2. 英語四級及以上水平，能夠與國外客戶進行電話和郵件交流；
3. 樂觀、自信、積極向上，具備良好的溝通能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力，有強烈的事業(yè)心和堅定的外貿(mào)行業(yè)從業(yè)決心，熱愛銷售，具有一定的抗壓能力。
