Job Title: Consulting Assistant(New Media Operations)
Location: Changshou Road, Shanghai
Salary: 8,000–12,000 RMB/month

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute new media marketing strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging existing resources to achieve annual targets;
2. Lead and coordinate consultants in delivering end-to-end client services (pre-sale, sale, after-sale)
3. Manage regional operations: maintain existing new media channels while expanding new customer acquisition channels;
4. Oversee regional promotions, submit monthly market analysis reports, sales forecasts, and task allocation plans; provide weekly self-audit reports;
5. Build, train, and develop high-performing teams with clear succession planning;
6. Design KPIs for the department, conduct performance evaluations, and provide timely feedback;
7. Participate in formulating channel development strategies (new media, etc.), including partner selection, performance tracking, and data management;
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in Internet Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related fields. For exceptionally outstanding individuals, their educational qualifications are extended to undergraduate level;
2. Experience in new media/self-media marketing, management consulting, investment promotion, or corporate operations;
3. Strong communication and organizational skills; accounting/tax knowledge is a plus;
4. Proficient in WeChat, public accounts, Weibo, and other new media tools for campaigns and promotions;
5. Resilient, responsible, team-oriented, and loyal to the company;
6. Professional appearance; fluent spoken English.
崗位職責(zé)：
1、根據(jù)公司目標(biāo)，利用公司現(xiàn)有資源，負(fù)責(zé)新媒體方面的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策劃、分解任務(wù)目標(biāo)，協(xié)調(diào)組織咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)人員完成全年業(yè)績(jī)?nèi)蝿?wù)目標(biāo)；
2、負(fù)責(zé)組織協(xié)調(diào)咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)人員完成客戶(hù)售前、售中、售后服務(wù)工作；
3、負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)管理，鞏固現(xiàn)有新媒體渠道客戶(hù)，不斷開(kāi)拓新的新媒體獲客渠道；
4、負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域新媒體推廣和管理工作，每月提交市場(chǎng)分析報(bào)告，正確做出銷(xiāo)售預(yù)測(cè)及任務(wù)分配報(bào)告，每周提交自查表；
5、負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)組建、培訓(xùn)、梯隊(duì)建設(shè)等工作的有效落實(shí)；
6、制定部門(mén)績(jī)效考核制度，負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)人員的績(jī)效考核及評(píng)定，及時(shí)反饋考核結(jié)果；
7、參與制定新媒體等渠道開(kāi)發(fā)、選擇、管理總體方案；管理渠道和作者的聯(lián)絡(luò)、考評(píng)、篩選、淘汰和數(shù)據(jù)整理；
任職資格：
1、碩士學(xué)位及以上，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)類(lèi)或者會(huì)計(jì)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)；
2、具有新媒體、自媒體營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、企業(yè)管理咨詢(xún)、招商引資或企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、具有良好的溝通和組織能力;具備財(cái)稅及會(huì)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)者優(yōu)先；
4、能夠熟練運(yùn)用微信、公眾號(hào)、微博等新媒體工具進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)、宣傳和推廣；
5、具有出色的抗壓能力和責(zé)任心，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力，企業(yè)忠誠(chéng)度高；
6、形象氣質(zhì)好，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)熟練。
