崗位職責:
1、根據(jù)公司的年度經營目標,制定本部門的年度工作目標和各階段工作目標;

2、負責組織開展人力資源規(guī)章制度的擬定、修改和編寫工作,經批準后組織實施并進行監(jiān)督;

3、負責建立健全公司招聘、培訓、績效考核、薪資福利、員工關系等人力資源體系建設;

4、負責指導、管理人力資源各模塊具體工作,開展管理部日常管理與團隊建設工作;

5、負責組織和安排公司7S檢查等相關工作;

7、了解各部門的工作動態(tài),監(jiān)督執(zhí)行規(guī)章制度和勞動紀律,處理員工獎懲事宜;

8、完成上級領導交辦的其他任務。

任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,人力資源管理、工商管理等相關專業(yè);
1. Bachelor
s degree or above, related majors in human resource management, business administration, etc.
2、8年以上制造業(yè)人事管理崗位工作經驗,5年及以上人力資源相關工作經驗;
2. 8+ years of HR management experience with 5+ years in similar role.
3、 在人力資源各模塊有豐富的實戰(zhàn)經驗,擅長招聘、培訓、薪酬、績效等模塊,熟悉國家、地方相關政策和法律法規(guī),持有國家人力資源管理二級職稱證書優(yōu)先;

Rich practical experience in various modules of human resources, good at recruitment, training, salary, performance and other modules, familiar with national and local relevant policies and and regulations, and have a national second-level human resources management professional qualification certificate.
4、 具備良好的計劃、組織、協(xié)調、創(chuàng)新等管理能力。
