主要職責(zé):
? 人員管理工作--計(jì)劃團(tuán)隊(duì)日常或短期任務(wù)重點(diǎn)。管理員工及設(shè)置個(gè)人目標(biāo)。培訓(xùn)員工,支持個(gè)人發(fā)展,就員工招聘、績(jī)效考核和表?yè)P(yáng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)等方面提出主要意見(jiàn)
? 協(xié)助店鋪經(jīng)理,管理一個(gè)或者多個(gè)商店職責(zé)(銷(xiāo)售、推銷(xiāo)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、會(huì)計(jì)等)或者管理大型商店的特定銷(xiāo)售區(qū)/業(yè)務(wù)
? 店鋪經(jīng)理不在時(shí),履行所有店鋪管理職責(zé)
? 直接監(jiān)督部門(mén)經(jīng)理、員工和/或顧客服務(wù)
? 制定商店活動(dòng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)和敘述報(bào)告
? 與產(chǎn)品部/視覺(jué)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行交流,監(jiān)督店鋪現(xiàn)場(chǎng)陳列改善和維修
? 協(xié)助店鋪經(jīng)理提供高檔消費(fèi)者體驗(yàn)和員工體驗(yàn),實(shí)施/執(zhí)行全球和區(qū)域計(jì)劃,提升銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)
? 要求:大專(zhuān)學(xué)歷以上,有至少4年零售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),一年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);能夠根據(jù)工作需要從事相應(yīng)的體力工作;能夠接受零售行業(yè)的靈活排班
? Plans the work of employees with a daily or short-term focus. Supervises employees and sets individual goals. Coaches staff, supports development and provides significant input into hiring decisions, performance management recognition and rewards.
? Assist Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a large volume store.
? Perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager (Head Coach).
? May have direct supervision of Dept. Managers (Coaches), associates (athletes) and/or Customer Service.
? Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
? May communicate with GMM/Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance.
? Assist SM in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business results.
? Qualifications: College degree or above, 4 years retail experience, including 1 year management experience.
