崗位職責:
Responsible for the daily management of the mass spectrometry laboratory/ 負責質譜實驗室的日常管理工作
1. Responsible for the analysis of difficult mass spectrometry spectra, providing technical support to the project team, and communicating with internal and external clients;/ 負責疑難質譜譜圖解析,項目組技術支持和內外部客戶溝通工作;
2. Responsible for laboratory project management work (including: participating in quotation support, method development, validation, COA release and other project work related to mass spectrometry); / 分管實驗室項目管理工作(包括:參與涉及質譜相關工作的報價支持、方法開發(fā)、驗證、COA放行等項目工作);
3. Responsible for building a mass spectrometry team, conducting personnel training, and building a talent pool;/ 負責搭建質譜團隊,進行人員培訓、人才梯隊建設;
4. Responsible for implementing and supervising laboratory 5S management;/ 負責執(zhí)行并監(jiān)督實驗室5S管理;
5. Other tasks arranged by department superiors./ 部門上級安排的其他工作。
任職要求:
1. Bachelor
s degree or above, with a background in pharmaceutical chemical analysis, CRO/CDMO experience is preferred, and GMP laboratory management experience is preferred;/ 本科及以上學歷,具有醫(yī)藥化學分析背景,CRO/CDMO經驗者優(yōu)先,GMP實驗室管理經驗優(yōu)先;
2. Experience in high-resolution mass spectrometry analysis of chemical or biological macromolecules such as peptides, oligonucleotides, antibodies, proteins, etc. Capable of conducting primary and secondary mass spectrometry analysis, impurity identification and structural characterization, with 5-8 years of experience in mass spectrometry team management;/ 具有化學大分子多肽、寡核苷酸或者生物類抗體、蛋白等高分辨質譜解析經驗,有能力進行一級,二級質譜解析、雜質鑒定和結構表征等分析工作,有5-8年質譜團隊管理經驗;
3. Proficient in using and troubleshooting various mass spectrometry instruments such as LC-MS, HRMS, GC-MS, etc;/ 熟練并掌握各類LCMS、HRMS、GCMS等質譜儀器使用和故障排查能力;
4. Clear logical thinking and strong communication skills;/ 邏輯思維清晰,溝通能力強;
5. Strong ability to withstand pressure./ 抗壓能力強。
