MAIN DUTIES 主要職責:
· Responsible for the print, distribute, and submit of room sale daily administration work, do reception for visiting customers.
負責客房銷售方面日常行政工作及相關文件的打印、下發(fā)和上報,接待到訪客人。
· Administering the tasks which allotted by ADOEM.
執(zhí)行宴會及會議銷售副總監(jiān)安排的各項工作
· Assist to complete departmental sales target.
協(xié)助完成部門銷售指標
· Preparing every kinds of Events sales documents, meeting minutes, memo, room rental agreement, contract and sales contract.
準備各種宴會銷售方面的相關文件、會議紀要、租房協(xié)議、合同和銷售契約等;
· Preparing every kinds of contract for Events sales manager and assist to examine and approve, and stamp.
為宴會銷售經(jīng)理準備各類合同,并協(xié)助批簽蓋章等;
· Answer the telephone for Events and take passage the message.
接聽致宴會銷售的電話并摘錄留言給每個人;
· File the letter, memo, market report, region sales report and abroad quotation data.
把相關信件、備忘錄、市場報告、和報價資料歸檔;
· Put in order of the Events sales confirmation letter for ADOEM.
為宴會銷售副總監(jiān)整理銷售確認信;
· Completing the other task arranged by ADOEM.
完成由宴會銷售副總監(jiān)安排的其它工作。
