In development phase, you will manage process development/selections which meets our quality and manufacturing criteria, and drive implementation in our contract manufacturing site to support engineering builds. ? In mass production, you will manage continuous improvement from both process and operation aspect to achieve high yield and manufacturing efficiency. ? You need to be technical oriented and hands-on to drive technical solution forward. Know your process and factory and be accountable of the decision made by you and your team. Utilize your engineering experience and knowledge to provide guidance to your team on technical solutions, statistical data analysis, and establishing a technical strategy. ? Build and use effective engineering framework to guide your team to drive effective technical path to close. ? Develop your site (contract manufacturer) from all technical, operational and management perspective. ? Provide leadership, cross functionally to enable a successful ramp of your site. ? Work collaboratively with Global Supply Managers to ensure process decision is aligned with supply and commercial team. ?
