崗位職責(zé)
1.Responsible for Keeta delivery dispatch scene optimization and operation,Including supply-demand matching, delivery area optimization, route planning, etc,optimize delivery efficiency and experience to promote order growth;
2.Able to actively use various analysis methods, combined with the understanding of the business, to propose creative business optimization solutions. Including strategy operation plans, product iteration ideas and business model optimization solutions;
3.Analyze existing scheduling and commercial flow strategies, design key business indicators to drive data operations, and empower local operations.
4.Be responsible for researching market analysis and competitive strategies to promote business innovation and iteration.
5.Undertake other daily operational tasks, such as docking with country or city-level demands and information, promoting issue resolution, and facilitating information exchange.

2. 能夠主動(dòng)使用各種分析方法,結(jié)合對(duì)于業(yè)務(wù)的認(rèn)知,提出創(chuàng)造性的業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化方案,包括但不限于策略運(yùn)營(yíng)方案、產(chǎn)品迭代思路及業(yè)務(wù)模式優(yōu)化方案;
3. 對(duì)現(xiàn)有的調(diào)度和商流策略進(jìn)行思考,設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)體系推動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng),賦能本地運(yùn)營(yíng);
4. 負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)分析和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略的研究,推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新迭代;
5. 其他日常運(yùn)營(yíng)工作,例如國(guó)家或城市側(cè)需求和信息對(duì)接并推動(dòng)解決、信息交互等。
崗位基本需求
1.Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years or more work experience, those with delivery solutions, Internet e-commerce, O2O and other related industry strategy products or strategy operation experience are preferred;
2.Have project management and cross-departmental cooperation capabilities, able to lead and efficiently complete project planning and execution;
3.Have excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools, able to discover business pain points from data and propose coping strategies in time;
4. Result-oriented, with strong self-motivation and resilience, capable of driving business growth in high-pressure environments; adaptable to diverse market environments across multiple countries, able to absorb experience and rapidly accumulate insights to drive strategic innovation and iteration.
5.Have basic English reading, writing and communication skills;

1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,3-5 年及以上策略運(yùn)營(yíng)或策略產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備配送 / 出行解決方案、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電商、O2O 等領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2. 熟練掌握項(xiàng)目全流程管理,具備跨部門資源協(xié)調(diào)與高效執(zhí)行能力,主導(dǎo)復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃落地。
3. 具備優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具(如SQL、Python 等),擅長(zhǎng)從多維數(shù)據(jù)中挖掘業(yè)務(wù)痛點(diǎn),快速制定并迭代針對(duì)性策略。
4. 結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,具備強(qiáng)自驅(qū)力與韌性,能在壓力環(huán)境下推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng);能夠適應(yīng)多國(guó)差異化市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,汲取經(jīng)驗(yàn)并快速沉淀驅(qū)動(dòng)策略創(chuàng)新迭代。
5. 具備基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)讀寫及溝通能力,滿足國(guó)際化業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)作需求;
