【崗位職責(zé)】
考勤與報表管理:負(fù)責(zé)編制人力資源部每日報表,精準(zhǔn)記錄員工出勤、休假等情況;按月統(tǒng)籌各部門排班與考勤工作,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)統(tǒng)計出勤天數(shù)、遲到早退及曠工等數(shù)據(jù),為薪酬核算提供可靠依據(jù)。
Attendance and report management: Responsible for preparing daily reports for the human resources department, accurately recording employee attendance, vacation, and other situations; Monthly coordination of departmental scheduling and attendance work, rigorous statistics of attendance days, tardiness, early departure, absenteeism and other data, providing reliable basis for salary accounting. 薪酬審核輔助:協(xié)同薪酬經(jīng)理,對運(yùn)營部門提成進(jìn)行細(xì)致審核,保障提成核算的準(zhǔn)確性與公正性。
Salary review assistance: Collaborate with the salary manager to carefully review the commission of the operations department, ensuring the accuracy and fairness of commission accounting. 員工異動管理:全面負(fù)責(zé)員工的入職、離職、調(diào)崗、轉(zhuǎn)崗工作。辦理入職時,引導(dǎo)新員工完成各項手續(xù)與培訓(xùn);員工離職時,監(jiān)督離職交接流程;涉及崗位變動時,跟進(jìn)相關(guān)手續(xù)辦理,確保流程規(guī)范、有序。

【崗位要求】
學(xué)歷與經(jīng)驗:本科及以上學(xué)歷;具備1年及以上相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗,有酒店工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
