Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the implementation of our PeopleDoc system and assisting with various HR operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. HR Operations Support: - Assisting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks. - Supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. - Helping to maintain and update HR databases and systems. 2. Document Management: - Scanning and organizing physical employee files. - Uploading and categorizing documents into the PeopleDoc system. - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of digital records. 3. Team Collaboration: - Working closely with HR team members to ensure smooth operations. - Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or a related field. - Availability to work at least 3 days per week. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of HR processes and systems is a plus. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
