1.Establish and maintain the process of performance management. According to the company's
strategic planning and post responsibility, conduct the performance evaluation.
Set up and implement talent database reserve system and identify candidates for key positions;

6. Establish good communication channels with local labor department &
other relevant government departments ;

7. Empowering and maintain in implementing HR Process and ensure that they are in line with group request;

Education 教育:
Possess a bachelor degree with majoring in Human Resource or related filed.

Five years above related experience in multi-national companies in a managerial position
