Main Responsibilities of the Position:
Plan all work and allocate relevant resources in accordance with the company's development needs.
Be in charge of building the departmental organizational structure in line with company policies, and be responsible for improving and compiling departmental systems and procedures.
Take charge of the daily operations and management of the departmental team, and guide the implementation of work plans.
Be responsible for organizing the establishment and improvement of systems and standards for brand image, brand maintenance, and crisis management.
Be responsible for cultivating and reserving management talents, and for building a talent pipeline.
Complete other tasks assigned by the company's leadership.
Basic Requirements for Recruitment:
Bachelor's degree or above.
