生產(chǎn)注塑生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理橡膠和塑料制品
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES 職位要求：
A.College degree or above.大學(xué)或以上文憑.
B.Have the basic knowledge of network.具備基本的網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí).
C.Proficient in injection molding process, injection molding equipment and injection molding equipment surrounding the skilled operation.精通注塑成型工藝，注塑設(shè)備和注塑周邊設(shè)備熟練操作.
D.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.熟練使用辦公軟件.
E.Good analysis and problem solving n ability.良好的分析問題，解決問題的能力.
F.5-10 years of moulding and production management experience.5-10年注塑成型技術(shù)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn).
G.Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). 良好的電腦技能（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project）.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本職責(zé)：
A.Control department cost and energy.-Monthly KPI部門成本管理及資源控制-月度KPI.
●Participate in yearly department cost budget setting.參與部門年度各項(xiàng)成本的預(yù)算工作.
●Monitor department cost, and continuously do the cost down.負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控本部門預(yù)算，降低費(fèi)用成本.
● Assist in collecting and analysis the data of production capacity, labour cost, energy fees. Ensure the efficient in and out, and sufficient labour utilization.配合做好生產(chǎn)能力、勞動(dòng)力匹配、能源費(fèi)用的數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析,保證投入產(chǎn)出率、人員利用率達(dá)到或超越公司的目標(biāo)要求 .
B.Provides history data for yearly department targets setting. Segregate the targets reasonably for efficient implement.為部門年度目標(biāo)的合理設(shè)定提供數(shù)據(jù)信息，并有效分解、執(zhí)行部門目標(biāo)指標(biāo).
●Set and implement department targets based on company quality principles and yearly plan.根據(jù)公司的品質(zhì)方針和年度工作計(jì)劃，制定生產(chǎn)部的工作目標(biāo)，并組織實(shí)施.
● Segregate the targets reasonably and implement to every position and every production process.將部門目標(biāo)進(jìn)行有效分解，到落實(shí)至各崗位及各生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中，以確保目標(biāo)指標(biāo)的有效執(zhí)行.
● Review and approve purchase requirements for moulding spare parts, auxiliary tools, test equipments. Do the trouble shooting for mouldings and machines.審核所有有關(guān)模具備件，安裝輔助工具，測(cè)試設(shè)備提出的采購(gòu)要求，處理和解決模具，設(shè)備發(fā)生的問題.
C.Control production process and monitor production sites-Monthly KPI生產(chǎn)過程管控及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的監(jiān)督管理-月度KPI.
● Efficiently arrange production. Ensure the on time delivery and good quality of products.有效組織生產(chǎn),保證及時(shí)生產(chǎn)出符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范及滿足客戶要求的產(chǎn)品.
●Establishment, supervision, testing, injection molding process, mold, equipment, machinery and equipment to make timely and effective solutions to problems, so as to meet the requirements of customers to the mold, the production.建立、監(jiān)管、測(cè)試注塑流程，對(duì)模具，儀器，機(jī)器設(shè)備制定及時(shí)有效的問題解決方案，從而滿足客戶對(duì)模具、生產(chǎn)的要求.
●Design, set, test and maintain fixtures. Preventively notice the problems may occur in production and do the POKA-YOKE.夾具的設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、測(cè)試和維護(hù)，預(yù)見生產(chǎn)過程中可能產(chǎn)生的問題，并做好防治措施.
● Analysis production NG problems and do the continuously improvements. 生產(chǎn)不良及異常分析處理、持續(xù)改善.
● Set and implement department regulations負(fù)責(zé)本部門規(guī)章制度及相關(guān)工作流程的制定和實(shí)施.
● Coordinate the good communications with other departments組織、協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部的生產(chǎn)與外部門的聯(lián)系，確保生產(chǎn)順暢.
●Completes the molding department site "6 s" management work, to ensure the molding department working environment clean, neat and orderly, items should be classified clearly marked/neat, do safety and civilized production, ensure no inductrial injury accident happened in the process of production做好注塑部現(xiàn)場(chǎng)“6S”管理工作，確保注塑部工作環(huán)境清潔、整齊有序，物品需分類標(biāo)識(shí)清楚/擺放整齊，做到安全、文明生產(chǎn)，確保在生產(chǎn)過程中無工傷事故發(fā)生.
D.Hazardous chemicals management.危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品管理.
E.Manage the stuff in production department部門員工及組織結(jié)構(gòu)的管理.
●Based on development plans and production situations, improve the placement of stuff reasonably根據(jù)公司發(fā)展的需要和實(shí)際生產(chǎn)狀況，持續(xù)完善注塑部的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和人員編制，科學(xué)合理地配置人手.
●Set up and implement training program and performance review process制定本部門員工培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、崗位績(jī)效考核，并跟蹤、實(shí)施.
F.Others assignments to support operation分配的其他工作事項(xiàng).
