Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development 發(fā)展區(qū)域市場策略:
? Develop and execute local marketing strategies based on the central marketing guidelines. 根據(jù)中央市場策略,執(zhí)行和優(yōu)化本地市場策略。
? Monitor and analyze market trends, tailor marketing campaigns to meet the specific needs and characteristics of the regional market. 根據(jù)區(qū)域市場的具體需求分析市場趨勢,組織相關(guān)市場活動(dòng)。
KOL Relationship Management KOL關(guān)系管理:
? Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region. Regularly communicate with KOLs to maintain engagement, gather feedback, and leverage their insights for continuous improvement of promotional strategies. 與區(qū)域內(nèi)的KOL及行業(yè)專家等建立良好合作關(guān)系。定期與KOL溝通,收集反饋,并據(jù)此持續(xù)優(yōu)化推廣策略。
Sales Support 銷售支持:
? Collaborate with the sales teams in all channels to design and implement promotional activities that drive sales and meet regional sales targets. Channel Synergies 渠道協(xié)同:
? Work with the Regional Business Director to identify and capitalize on synergies across different sales channels, including core hospitals, broad hospitals, and retail. 與區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)總監(jiān)合作,推動(dòng)不同推廣渠道(包括核心醫(yī)院、廣泛醫(yī)院和零售)之間的協(xié)同作用。
? Develop integrated marketing plans that consider the unique dynamics and opportunities within each channel. 根據(jù)每個(gè)渠道的獨(dú)特動(dòng)態(tài)和機(jī)會(huì),開發(fā)綜合市場計(jì)劃。

Cross-functional Collaboration 跨職能合作:

? Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and brand guidelines. Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all regional promotions. 確保所有推廣活動(dòng)符合公司政策、行業(yè)法規(guī)和品牌指南。在所有區(qū)域推廣中保持一致的品牌信息。
Budget Management 預(yù)算管理:
? Manage the regional promotional budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor expenses and report on budget adherence, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed. 管理區(qū)域推廣預(yù)算,確保資源的有效使用。同時(shí)監(jiān)控使用情況,提供調(diào)整建議。
Qualifications & Experiences Required
? Bachelor’s Degree and above, major in medication or life science related. 本科及以上學(xué)歷, 醫(yī)藥或生命科學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)
? At least 3 years’ experience in sales management and marketing functions. 至少3年以上銷售管理及市場推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Integrity, proactiveness, good adaptability, ability of working effectively under pressure and self-motivation. 誠信、積極主動(dòng)、良好的適應(yīng)能力、良好的承壓及和自我激勵(lì)能力
