8D報(bào)告客戶質(zhì)量過程質(zhì)量汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)汽車零部件汽車研發(fā)/制造新能源汽車
More than 5 years working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control.
Experienced on team management, project management experience is preferred
Be familiar with ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 9001 quality tools and knowledge on using common measuring gauges/tools
Strong communication skill and customer relationship management.
Positive thinking and be able to conquer the difficulties during the projects
Hard work and be ready for the urgent business travel.
Experienced on the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint reports
Job designation/Field of work:
Lead inspection team to carry out product quality control and rework as the firewall at both customer and supplier sides.
Flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements.
Prepare the inspection working instruction and provide proper training to the inspection team. Daily report to the customer and weekly job11 projects overview reports.
Implement process and product audit and generate report. Conduct corrective / improvement actions
Monitor supplier production process and follow up the defined countermeasures on-site.
Good communication with supplier and customer, reliable customer representative (on-site support at end-customer).
Manage and coordinate the international project within Formel D group.
Assist on the critical problems with root cause analysis, implementation of the corrective measures. Initiate 8D report and corresponding follow up with validating effectiveness.

5年以上汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和良好的質(zhì)量知識(shí)。
有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
熟悉ISO/TS 16949或ISO 9001質(zhì)量工具，熟悉使用常用量具/工具
較強(qiáng)的溝通技巧和客戶關(guān)系管理。
積極思考，能夠克服項(xiàng)目中的困難
努力工作，為緊急出差做好準(zhǔn)備。
熟悉Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint報(bào)表
工作內(nèi)容
帶領(lǐng)檢驗(yàn)小組進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制和返工。
根據(jù)項(xiàng)目要求靈活安排人力。
編制分揀/檢查作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，并為檢查組提供適當(dāng)?shù)呐嘤?xùn)。向客戶提供每日?qǐng)?bào)告和每周工作概述報(bào)告。
監(jiān)督供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)過程，并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)跟蹤確定的對(duì)策。
與供應(yīng)商和客戶良好的溝通，可靠的客戶代表（最終客戶的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支持）。
管理和協(xié)調(diào)FORMEL D集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的項(xiàng)目。協(xié)助關(guān)鍵問題的根本原因分析、糾正措施的實(shí)施和有效性檢查。
管理OEM或Tier1供應(yīng)商的客戶服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。
8D報(bào)告和相應(yīng)的跟進(jìn)。
