2.0Job Summary 職位概述
?According to customer requirements and market level, issue systematic technical solutions, solve customer issues, and facilitate project achievement.
?依據(jù)客戶要求和市場(chǎng)水平，出具系統(tǒng)技術(shù)方案，解決客戶問題，促成項(xiàng)目達(dá)成。
?Collect customer system knowledge and competitor product information to enhance the company
s product competitiveness and strategic position.
?搜集客戶系統(tǒng)知識(shí)及競(jìng)爭對(duì)手產(chǎn)品信息，提升公司產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭力和戰(zhàn)略地位。
?Assist customers in completing vehicle design, modification, and optimization to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and innovation of product design.
?協(xié)助客戶完成車輛的設(shè)計(jì)、更改和優(yōu)化，保證產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的準(zhǔn)確性、及時(shí)性、創(chuàng)新性。
?Assist clients in developing projects such as air-brake/TM/Fuel/SCR/Fuel cell/ air-suspension.
?協(xié)助客戶完成氣制動(dòng)/新能源/燃油/SCR/燃料電池/空氣懸架項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)。
3.0Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
?Assist sales in promoting all VOSS products on the customer side.
?協(xié)助銷售做好產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持工作。
?Responsible for product design and check of air-brake/TM/Fuel/SCR/Fuel cell/ air-suspension projects on the customer side.
?負(fù)責(zé)客戶端氣制動(dòng)/TM/燃料/SCR/燃料電池/空氣懸架項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)與審核。
?Assist customers in providing system technical solutions and making relevant suggestions for the technical application of their new vehicles.
?針對(duì)客戶全新產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)應(yīng)用，應(yīng)協(xié)助客戶出具系統(tǒng)技術(shù)方案，并提出相關(guān)建議。
?Collect information related new valves/brake components/ competitor’s products from the market and clients, and form reports.
?從市場(chǎng)及客戶端搜集新閥體/制動(dòng)零件/競(jìng)品信息，并形成報(bào)告。
?Collect and analysis industry standard, test methods/standard.
?收集和分析行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、測(cè)試技術(shù)及測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
?Analysis customer requirements, identify CC&SC, create technical review documents as DFMEA/check list.
?分析、評(píng)估客戶需求，識(shí)別客戶CC & SC，編寫DFMEA/checklist等設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審資料。
?Complete 3D/2D drawings/parts list using design software(catia/Creo/CAD).
?使用設(shè)計(jì)軟件完成3D/2D圖紙/零件清單(catia/Creo/CAD)。
?Find solutions to improve efficiency &quality of drawing design.
?尋找提高圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)效率和質(zhì)量的解決方案。
?Review data, technical agreement, drawing, which need to be sent to outside.
?校核發(fā)予外部的數(shù)模、技術(shù)協(xié)議、圖紙等技術(shù)信息。
?Attend new product trial, track assembly result, and improve design accordingly.
?參與產(chǎn)品試制，跟蹤試裝報(bào)告，完成產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化。
?Support team leader to optimize product database.
?協(xié)助主管起草、完善產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)庫。
?Create train data base, for Jr. engineer training.
?對(duì)初級(jí)工程師進(jìn)行日常工作培訓(xùn)。
?Other job assigned by PE manager/design team leader.
?配合公司需要，隨時(shí)承擔(dān)公司委派的其他任務(wù)。
?Comply with the company
s information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.
遵守公司信息安全管理規(guī)定，對(duì)公司信息保密，不泄露，保證信息的安全。
?Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
配合公司需要，隨時(shí)承擔(dān)上級(jí)委派的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求:
?Bachelor or above degree with Mechanical, automotive or engineering related background.
?大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，車輛工程或機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
?Minimum 3 years R&D working experience in automotive industry.
?汽車行業(yè)研發(fā)工作3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?Fluent in English and proficient in cross-cultural communication skills, familiar with Office/CAC/Catia software.
?良好的英語表達(dá)能力，熟悉Office/CAD/Catia等軟件。
?Demonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, execution ability and innovative spirit.
?態(tài)度端正、積極主動(dòng)，具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力、計(jì)劃執(zhí)行能力和創(chuàng)新的精神。
