China Sales Director
Job Responsibilities:
1、Develop sales strategies according to the company's strategic plan, and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
2、Facilitate the steady growth of the company's market share in the Chinese market. Pay attention to industry dynamics, market trends, and competitor information, and provide suggestions for the optimization and upgrading of the company's products as well as the research and development of new products.
3、Manage the sales team by clarifying the division of responsibilities among team members and improving the performance evaluation system. Through training, career planning guidance, and incentive mechanisms, stimulate the team's potential, enhance the team's sales capabilities and professional qualities, and create a positive, united, and collaborative team culture.
4、Take full responsibility for the sales of boilers, ventilation, and heat energy recovery products in the Chinese region, and complete the annual sales tasks assigned by the headquarters. Standardize sales behaviors and improve the standardization and normalization level of sales work.
5、Conduct in - depth industry and market research, accurately grasp market opportunities and challenges, and provide solid data support and decision - making basis for the company's market positioning, product pricing, and marketing strategy formulation.
6、Actively participate in the planning and implementation of the company's marketing activities. Collaborate with the marketing department and, through multiple channels such as professional exhibitions, industry associations, and online promotion, enhance the brand awareness and reputation of Haoou in the Chinese market and shape a good brand image.
7、Prepare the annual sales expense budget, strictly control expense expenditures, strengthen risk awareness, establish and improve the sales risk early warning mechanism, and effectively prevent market risks, credit risks, and legal risks.
8、Properly handle various sales disputes and customer complaints to safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests and good reputation.
9、Strengthen communication and collaboration with various internal departments of the company and establish an efficient coordination mechanism.
Job Requirements
1、A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to marketing, business administration, HVAC, etc.
2、Candidates should have more than 10 years of sales management work experience, with at least 5 years in related industries such as HVAC, heating, and energy. Be familiar with the industry sales model and market laws, possess rich customer resources and sales channels, and be able to quickly open up the market situation.
3、Candidates should have excellent market insight and data analysis capabilities, be able to keenly capture market changes, discover potential business opportunities through data mining, and provide an accurate basis for sales decisions
4、Be proficient in business negotiation skills, have excellent communication and coordination abilities, and be able to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams at different levels to reach cooperation agreements.
5、Candidates should have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, and be able to independently report work and participate in meetings with the headquarters.
6、Candidates should have excellent leadership skills and team management experience, be able to effectively motivate, guide, and train team members, and build a cohesive and combat-effective sales team.
7、Candidates should have outstanding strategic planning and execution abilities, be able to formulate clear sales strategies, and lead the team to resolutely implement them to achieve sales targets.
8、Candidates should have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, be passionate about work, and be brave in taking on responsibilities.
