沖壓工藝金屬制品業(yè)電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備
1. Responsible for establishing and improving the relevant management systems and working procedures of the mold;
負(fù)責(zé)建立完善模具的各項(xiàng)相關(guān)管理制度、工作程序
2. Daily maintenance, installation and equipment maintenance management of stamping and rolling dies to ensure the reliability and stability of molds and equipment.
沖壓及輥壓模具的日常保養(yǎng)、安裝與設(shè)備維護(hù)管理，確保模具與設(shè)備的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性；。
3. Responsible for the ledger recording and management of all mold parts
負(fù)責(zé)所有模具配件的臺(tái)賬記錄和管理。
4.Responsible for creating and analyzing the reliability of equipment/molds in the process, optimizing molds, and controlling costs.
負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)建并分析工藝中設(shè)備/模具的可靠性、優(yōu)化模具、成本管控
5.Responsible for the stable production of production stamping equipment and components to ensure the stability of stamping die operation;
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)沖壓設(shè)備及部件的穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)，保證沖壓模具運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性
6.Have strong mechanical knowledge and CAD drawing knowledge
具有較強(qiáng)的機(jī)械常識(shí)和CAD制圖方面的知識(shí)

任職要求：
1.At least 3 year’ experience in mechanical industral
至少3年機(jī)械工業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.Familiar with mechanical manufacturing process, including tooling assembly, welding, machining process etc.
熟悉機(jī)械過程，包括工具安裝、焊接、正常生產(chǎn)中的檢測(cè)等；
3. Familiar with TS tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP
熟悉TS 的工具，如APQP、FMEA、PPAP
4."焊工證
