? Lead and direct all production processes centered on electrolysis and vacuum
reduction for the creation of high-purity rare earth metals and their advanced alloys.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline – the bedrock of your technical prowess.
? Crucially, bring proven, hands-on experience forged in the intense environments of rare earth metals and alloys production plants within China
? Expertise in the intricacies of electrolysis and vacuum reduction production
processes must be demonstrable and deep.

? Professional and technical communication in English must be fluent and
