壓力測試JIRAMySQLPostmanJmeter
工作職責
1. 負責部門各系統(tǒng)測試工作，能夠獨立完成模塊的測試用例編寫，執(zhí)行功能測試、接口測試、性能測試等；
2. 跟蹤缺陷生命周期，推動開發(fā)團隊修復問題并驗證；
3. 參與需求評審，從測試角度提出風險點與優(yōu)化建議；
4. 輸出測試報告，分析測試數據，推動產品質量改進。
5. 協(xié)助研發(fā)復現和定位線上問題，關注線上性能并提供優(yōu)化方案。
任職資格
- 技術能力：
1. 精通mysql、熟練掌握clickHouse、druid等常見數據庫使用。
2. 精通Postman、JMeter 或代碼實現接口自動化。
3. 熟悉測試流程，掌握常見測試方法，能夠獨立編寫測試用例。
4. 掌握LoadRunner、JMeter 進行壓測與性能分析。
5. 了解常見測試工具（如 JIRA、禪道、飛書項目、Fiddler等）。
6. 了解持續(xù)集成（CI/CD）工具（如 Jenkins、GitLab CI）。
7. 邏輯清晰，能夠快速定位問題根源。
8. 學習能力強，能夠適應快速迭代的敏捷開發(fā)模式。
9. 本科及以上學歷，三年以上測試經驗，主導過復雜項目測試，具備自動化或性能測試經驗優(yōu)先。
協(xié)同能力：
1. 具有責任心和團隊意識，能夠積極協(xié)調處理工作中遇到的問題；
2. 能夠與設計師、產品經理以及開發(fā)人員良好溝通和協(xié)作。
