鈑金工藝注塑工藝AutoCADPro/E
崗位工作描述：完成從產(chǎn)品孵化到量產(chǎn)過程中的設(shè)計(jì)輔助工作，含，
n 根據(jù)架構(gòu)師或工程師要求，對(duì)產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)或原型圖進(jìn)行3D細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)；
n 參考同類型產(chǎn)品特征，對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行延伸特征3D設(shè)計(jì)；
n 負(fù)責(zé)從3D模型到2D圖紙轉(zhuǎn)換；
n 完成產(chǎn)品BOM表，item系統(tǒng)申請(qǐng)，輔助cost officer完成成本核算；
n 協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)工程師完成項(xiàng)目各階段樣品準(zhǔn)備及相應(yīng)驗(yàn)證工作；
n 協(xié)助工業(yè)化及采購工程師，完成零部件報(bào)價(jià)，可制造性分析及驗(yàn)證工作；
n 協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)工程師完善上述所有設(shè)計(jì)文件及系統(tǒng)維護(hù)；
崗位要求：
- 學(xué)歷：理工科本科學(xué)歷，機(jī)械背景；
- 工作年限：3-4年
- 能力要求：
n 精通CAD, Pro/E；
n 具備公差鏈分析能力；
n 熟悉常見金屬材料（銅、鐵、鋁）屬性及加工工藝；
n 熟悉金屬材料表面處理方式；
n 熟悉常見塑料材料（熱塑）特性及加工工藝；
n 具備完整電氣類產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
