Job Summery:
? To create user documentation, according to the defined processes and quality standards. The exact scope of user documentation varies per project, and can include terminology, CTBs, etc.
? To represent the user documentation discipline in the project, and to coordinate the user documentation planning in line with the project requirements and deadlines.
Responsibility
? To ensure that the required end-user documentation is written and delivered according to the project deadlines, thereby ensuring the planned product release.
? Proactively and continuously collect all necessary information for documentation activities: input documents, organizing discussion/meetings with application specialists, product management, product developers and other relevant sources.
? Transform the collected input effectively and efficiently into user documentation.
? Proactively organize review of the written document(s) with disciplines involved, handle comments and obtain approval.
? To perform editorial tasks, e.g. during peer reviews
? To prepare the documents for translation/localization after documentation.
? To create the master deliverables for final product delivery after receiving the final translated files,
? To create, maintain and communicate the overall (sub-) project plan.
- Works as Technical Writer on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of technical data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.
- The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic product data writing principles, -theories and -concepts.
- Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous
experiences based upon technical analysis and product data writing (feasibility) studies.
Skill Requirements
- Fluent English spoken, English CET-6 is preferred.
- Knowledge of CT product and medical device regulation is preferred.
- Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Fully qualified professionals who have advanced beyond entry level. Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Has working knowledge of company products and services.
- Frequently interacts with functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s or above degree , >3 years of related experience is preferred.
