崗位職責:
工作目的
1.To provide administrative support for PC Projects;
2.To provide support for permit for PC project;
3.Good communication with all of stakeholders;
4. Proficient in overall permitting procedure.
工作維度
The position shall work with shareholder, IPMT, CSPC’s internal each department and construction team closely, meanwhile a good communication with local authority is necessary
工作職責
1.Focal point for PC administrative work, organizing meetings, events, campaigns, making travel arrangements, processing claims and invoices and others.
2.Maintains a supply of routine consumable and stationery items for the usage, keeping records and documents. Tracks usage and costs.
3.Makes arrangement for PC project visitor, including travel, hotel, meals etc.
4.Responsibility for coordinating IPMT, a clear government approval list and related budget for PC projects is sorted out;
5.To participate in all kind of review meeting and follow up the progress of government approval;
6.Supporting Sr. project permit engineer to finalize related permitting works before MC via Coordinating internal resource,
7.Support Sr. project permit engineer coordinating IPMT’s persons supporting ORCSU team to implement related government permitting plan during trial production phase such as trial production plan registration, PDL and so on.
8.Responsibility for collecting related materials in aspect of project permitting, support archive acceptance and project completion acceptance project close phase.
9. To implement other works arranged by leader.
任職要求:
1. College degree or above.
2. Work experience:
?At least three years’ experience of administrative;
?Have the basic knowledge of permitting process;
3. Language proficiency:
?Have a basic knowledge of English in reading and writing.
4. PC skills:
Good in IT skills.

CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Co., Ltd.(中海殼牌)
CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company(CSPC) Limited has been established as a Chinese Foreign Equity Joint Venture Company on 28 December 2000. It has built and now operates a USD4.1 billion world-scale petrochemicals complex in Daya Bay, Huizhou, Guangdong. It is one of the largest capital investments for a Sino-foreign joint venture project to date in the People’s Republic of China. In 2016 agreement was reached between the partners to expand CSPC more than doubling the production capacity with the addition of a 1.2 Million Ton/Year Ethylene per year creating an additional 4.0 Million Tons/Year of petrochemical products(C2).The partners are Shell Nanhai B.V., a member of the Royal Dutch Shell, with a 50 per cent stake, and CNOOC Petrochemicals Investment Company Limited(CPIL), also with 50 per cent. CPIL is owned by China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC)(90%) and Guangdong Guangye Investment Group Company Limited(10%).The CSPC petrochemicals complex incorporates the world’s most advanced technologies and utilizes modern management systems and international standards in the design, construction and operation of the complex. Its adoption of 13 patents through international bidding ensures it operates on the cutting edge of technology. The majority of its process units are world-scale. Additionally CSPC applies the principles of sustainable development throughout the design, construction and operation of the complex, demonstrating its strong commitment to the community and the environment.
