You will work as a key business enabler for our licensed brands’ frames wholesale business, supporting commercial planning and strategic execution across our multi-category brand portfolio. This role bridges HQ and regional teams, ensuring alignment, visibility and timely execution of commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities:
? Act as the key liaison between HQ and regional teams on business-critical topics (commercial strategy, expansion initiative, store operation, sales forecasting, newness launch, etc.)
? Drive the implementation of key commercial initiatives across functions (regional sales, marketing, trade marketing, product, finance, legal, education, etc.) and ensure timely follow-through
? Lead the coordination and tracking of key projects including newness launch, visual merchandising, campaign rollout, and sell-out activation
? Support strategic planning routines (e.g. Quarterly Business Plan, PMO meetings, KPI consolidation) and assist in follow-up actions
? Own the calendar and deployment roadmap of national key actions, ensuring cross-functional stakeholders are aligned and engaged
? Serve as a structured voice for the commercial team in cross-departmental discussions, ensuring priorities are clear and execution is on track
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree or above (marketing/business background preferred)
? 5+ years of relevant experience in wholesale, trade marketing, sales planning, or brand operations; experience in optical or luxury/accessory categories is a strong plus
? Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
? Business acumen and structured thinking – ability to extract actionable insights and synthesize updates for senior stakeholders
? Fluent English (written & spoken); previous experience in international or matrix organizations preferred
? A team player who can connect dots, keep things moving, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on when needed
