崗位職責(zé):
1. 負責(zé)地鐵戶外廣告資源的程序化銷售策略制定與執(zhí)行,完成年度銷售目標(biāo)
2. 深度開發(fā)4A廣告公司、品牌客戶及程序化平臺(DSP/SSP)合作,開拓程序化廣告交易場景
3. 統(tǒng)籌廣告投放方案設(shè)計,協(xié)調(diào)數(shù)智技術(shù)團隊實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)對接與效果優(yōu)化
4. 維護重點客戶關(guān)系,分析客戶需求并提供程序化廣告解決方案
5. 監(jiān)測行業(yè)動態(tài),定期協(xié)同市場團隊輸出地鐵場景程序化廣告市場趨勢報告
任職要求:
1. 年齡25-35歲,英語CET-6或同等水平,可熟練對接國際客戶及英文技術(shù)文檔
2. 3年以上程序化廣告銷售經(jīng)驗,有頭部數(shù)字媒體公司、頭部廣告技術(shù)公司從業(yè)背景優(yōu)先
3. 熟悉4A公司作業(yè)和溝通流程,具備DSP/SSP/AdExchange等平臺實操經(jīng)驗
4. 掌握程序化廣告底層邏輯(RTB/PMP/PDB等),了解DOOH數(shù)字化發(fā)展趨勢
5. 目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向型人格,具備獨立開發(fā)千萬級年單客戶能力

Sales Manager of Metro PrDOOH Programmatic LAB
Job Title: Metro Outdoor Programmatic
Advertising Sales Manager
Location: Beijing
Salary range: Negotiable (performance
commission, industry competitive salary)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the formulation and
implementation of programmatic sales strategies for metro outdoor advertising
resources, and complete the annual sales target
2. In-depth development of 4A advertising
agencies, brand customers and programmatic platform (DSP/SSP) cooperation to
develop programmatic advertising trading scenarios
3. Coordinate the design of advertising
solutions, and coordinate the digital intelligence technical team to achieve
data docking and effect optimization
4. Maintain key customer relationships, analyze
customer needs and provide programmatic advertising solutions
5. Monitor industry trends, and regularly
cooperate with the marketing team to output market trend reports on
programmatic advertising in subway scenarios
Qualifications:
1. Age 25-35 years old, English CET-6 or
equivalent, proficient in international customers and English technical
documents
2. More than 3 years of experience in
programmatic advertising sales, with a background in a leading digital media
company or a leading advertising technology company is preferred
3. Familiar with the operation and
communication process of 4A companies, with practical experience in
DSP/SSP/AdExchange and other platforms
4. Master the underlying logic of programmatic
advertising (RTB/PMP/PDB, etc.) and understand the digital development trend of
DOOH
5. Goal-oriented personality, with the ability
to independently develop tens of millions of annual customers
Bonus points:
■ Hold programmatic certifications such as
Google Ads/Tencent Advertising
■ There are cases of cooperation with leading
4A companies (WPP, Publicis, etc.).
■ Familiar with Python/SQL data analysis tools
