Brilliance-BEA Auto Finance Company Ltd (BBAFC) is a joint venture company invested by Brilliance China holding 55% shares; Finconsum, a subsidiary of Caixa Bank (one of the largest Spanish bank) holding 22.5% shares and Credit Gain, a subsidiary of Bank of East Asia (one of the a leading foreign Hong Kong bank in China) holding 22.5% shares.
The company got official approval from CBRC on 23rd March 2015 and received business licenses and permit on 7th April 2015.

華晨東亞汽車(chē)金融公司(簡(jiǎn)稱華晨東亞金融)是由華晨中國(guó)持股55%、西班牙Caixa銀行的全資子公司 Finconsum 持股22.5% 以及 東亞銀行全資子公司 領(lǐng)達(dá)財(cái)務(wù) 持股22.5% 共同設(shè)立的合資汽車(chē)金融公司。
公司于2015年3月23日獲得中國(guó)銀監(jiān)會(huì)正式批準(zhǔn)，并于2015年4月7日獲得營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照及許可證書(shū)。
